Yes. Finding players, posting that you are looking for a game, sending requests, chatting and booking a table cost nothing. Marketplace listings use posting credits: every new account gets two free, and more can be bought in the app. If a store charges for a table or an event, that is paid to the store, and it is shown before you book.

Yes. Every account confirms 18 or over at sign-up.

Yes. Pick a language on the first screen, or later under Settings. English and Thai for now.

Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, posts and listings are removed. Your past opponents' match history keeps a "Deleted player" entry so their records still make sense.

Only if the store charges. Some stores charge for a table by the hour or the session. If they do, the fee is on the store page and in the booking, and you pay it at the store. The app never handles it.

Where you play is between you and the other player. Bookings only exist at verified stores, and we recommend a store for a first meeting.

There is no ranking. The Players tab shows active looking-for-game posts near you, filtered to the games you play, and you can change the filters: game, format, distance, date range and skill level. Posts expire after 7 days by default, so the feed only shows people who want a game soon.

Both players are asked to report who won, within 72 hours. Reports that agree go on your records. If you each claim the win, the match is undecided and counts towards your dispute rate. If only one of you reports, that result stands. Either player can mark a game casual instead, and then nothing is recorded.

Yes. Rescheduling needs both players to confirm. Either player or the store can cancel a booking; cancelling within 24 hours of the slot is recorded on your profile.

Report them from their profile, the post or the chat, and block them if you would rather not hear from them again. Blocked players stop seeing each other entirely. Every report is reviewed by a moderator.

Other players see a distance, not a location. Your address is never shown.

Report a no-show when you report the result. No-shows go to a moderator rather than straight onto anyone's record.

Email us. Every store is verified by phone or in person before it appears on the map. Listing is free.

No. Table fees are set by you, shown to players before they book, and paid at your counter.

Only players with an accepted match, so every booking has two players attached. You confirm or decline each request, or turn on auto-confirm.
