Child safety standards

Our standard

Child sexual abuse and exploitation is prohibited on Foray Tabletop without exception, whether or not the people involved are our users, and whether or not it happens in the app.

This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form; sexualised depictions of minors, drawn, generated or photographic; grooming or any attempt to build a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes; sextortion; trafficking; soliciting or arranging to meet a minor for sexual purposes; and using our marketplace, chats, profiles or listings to advertise, trade or signpost any of it.

Accounts that do any of this are removed permanently and without warning. We do not offer an appeal for CSAE removals, and we preserve the evidence we hold when the law requires it.

Foray Tabletop is for adults

The app is for people aged 18 and over, because it arranges games and trades that happen in person. Every account confirms at sign-up that it belongs to someone 18 or older and accepts our community guidelines before it can be used.

The service is not directed to children, we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account, and we do not offer features aimed at children.

If we find or are told that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove it and delete its data. Tell us at the address below if you believe a child is using Foray Tabletop.

How to report

Every profile, post, chat and marketplace listing in the app has a Report option, reached from the ⋯ menu on that screen. Reports go to our moderators, never to the person reported, and you can block someone at the same time.

If a report concerns a child, choose the child safety reason so it reaches us marked urgent.

You can also write to us directly at the address below, whether or not you have an account, and you do not need the app to do it. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.

What we do about it

Child safety reports are triaged ahead of everything else. We review the account, its messages, posts and listings, and the accounts it has been in contact with.

Where we find CSAE we remove the content, terminate the account and the people's access to it, and preserve the account data and the report for the authorities.

We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities where the law requires it, including to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where United States law applies, and we cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement in Thailand and elsewhere.

Complying with the law

We follow the child safety laws that apply to us in Thailand, where Foray Tabletop operates, and the reporting obligations of the other countries our users are in.

Our standards are also written to meet Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple's App Review Guidelines on objectionable content. Nothing on this page limits what we will do when the law asks more of us.

Child safety concerns, including anything covered by this page, go to our child safety point of contact at Vigor Sci, the developer of Foray Tabletop, at the address below. Write "child safety" in the subject and we will treat it as urgent.

For anything else, such as harassment, scams, or a player who did not show up, use the Report option in the app or our ordinary support address.
